“I woke up to my pup completely wobbling, eyes glazed, head tremors, etc. Safe to say I completely freaked out and found this ER 10 min away from me. I called them and they had me bring my pup in. Turns out it was THC poisoning which is common apparently. They said they would monitor him for 12 hours. I called being the anxious pet mom I am and they told me he was doing great and I could come pick him up early. They were so kind and I know my dog was in good hands. They even gave us a refund for picking him up early which was much appreciated as these visits can get expensive. My dog is on the mend and we are so grateful. I knew he was better when he jumped on their sofa!”

“My best friend is alive today because of the outstanding job performed by Dr. Wyatt and the rest of the staff here. My pit bull ate a toy and it got stuck in his small intestine. Before the surgery, the doctors were very clear in explaining the situation to me and they even took the time to explain it again to my parents as well, who were going to assist me financially. The doctors also helped to calm my nerves about everything. During the surgery and post-surgery, I was kept up to date with the latest information. I never had to call them once because they were on top of keeping me informed. I was able to take him home within 2 days. I called them a couple of times after he was home and they were quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. It's been 3 weeks since his surgery and he is recovering just fine. I read a few of the negative reviews. Trust me, these people genuinely care about every creature that comes through their door and they try their best to do what they can do. I would recommend this animal hospital to everyone, especially those who can't afford to spend tens of thousands of dollars.”

“I was able to bring both my cats there at short notice in the middle of the night when they were having a viral emergency. One of my cats needed 24 hour monitoring, which they took care of. My urgent vet had called around for the most affordable place that was open, and this was by far the most affordable available in the area due to their referral package. They were very kind and compassionate, made clear that I could call any time for updates, and most importantly, they saved my babies!! I’m so thankful!!”

“I pray no one ever has to make an emergency vet visit but if you do, you can trust this facility with your pets. I brought my dog here in a panic and forgot to call ahead and this place accommodated me immediately and performed a necessary surgery very quickly. I am beyond grateful for the kind and compassionate vets and vet techs. Dr Cook worked on my dog and with her knowledge, I was very comfortable leaving my dog in her care. Every staff member on every shift provided me with full updates every time I called and didn’t make me feel like a bother with how frequently I called for updates. “My pet had a possible bloat early in the morning this past week. I had called all ER animal hospitals around me who ended up not having a doctor who could do surgery or were too short staffed to get my pet in. When I called Animal Emergency Hospital and Urgent Care, they were able to get my pet in and do the surgery if it was needed. (Thank god my pet didn’t need the surgery!) The tech who helped us was amazing and the Doctor definitely helped put our minds at ease. Definitely recommend them! Great staff and
services for your pet when you need it the most. We will be coming back if anymore emergency services are needed for our animals.”

“It's always scary coming to a new vet at a time of chaos and pain. AE Hospital & Urgent Care made it as positive and experience as can be. We appreciated everything about our stay. Reasonable pricing but we are always happy to pay what is needed for the place to stay properly afloat! The staff was very tender and compassionate to our family of Whippets and knew how to care for them properly. They were also very genuine and were realistic in expectations in what it would take to care for our pup. I hope we don't have more emergencies, but we'll be back when we do!”

“The staff was very caring and professional. Especially Dr. Gale, she went above and beyond to make sure that my cat received the best care. While leaving your pet at a vet hospital is quite unnerving, I felt confident that he was in caring hands. I had to call multiple times to have questions answered about my pets at home care after he was released and I was helped quickly and friendly. They also followed up with phone calls and emails to check on his recovery. A wonderful experience for a stressful situation.”

“I had to leave my precious girl here for hospitalization for five nights after an emergency surgery and I can’t express with words how wonderful Animal Emergency Hospital and Urgent Care is. I will forever be grateful for the caring, communicative and thoughtful staff. I talked to many different staff members, and pretty much every doctor, over the course of her stay and they all were up to date on the details of her condition and kept me informed of any changes. I had some financial constraints, and they were excellent at keeping me informed on the cost of procedures and such which was very helpful. It was a very scary and overwhelming time for me but they made sure to educate me of my options and helped me do what was best for me and for my sweet girl. She’s finishing her recovery at home now that she’s stable and she is doing so well thanks to the staff at Animal Emergency Hospital and Urgent Care. I am so thankful.”
